Celebrity Hair Stylist Coming to Bedford Salon

Nick Arrojo to provide makeovers for Families in Transition clients at H20 Salon and Spa.
In celebration of the launch of a new line of hair-care products from New York City hair stylist Nick Arrojo, H2O Salon Spa is offering complimentary color and cut makeovers to clients and volunteers of Families in Transition NH (FIT NH) on Monday, July 16.

Arrojo will then provide individual consultations with each woman at the award-winning Bedford salon on Friday, July 20.

Arrojo, who appeared on television’s “What Not to Wear” for seven seasons on The Learning Channel, and H2O owner Heather Owen have similar professional training backgrounds and share a common philosophy. Both, said Owen, believe in lifelong learning for their creative teams, and in giving clients wearable, custom haircuts that work for their lifestyles.

Owen plans to utilize the opportunity Arrojo’s visit to hold a private class with her stylists Friday morning, while launching the sale of Arrojo haircare products at her salon through community outreach, a technique that has proven successful for Owen in the past.

The H2O Salon team will work with the FIT NH models on Monday morning at 10 a.m., using them to display the latest color techniques and treatments (from “ombre” to hair painting and “dip dye”) and cuts in advance of the individual consultations with Arrojo on the following Friday.

The Friday festivities begin at 9 a.m. in the salon on South River Road in the Bedford Grove shopping center.

After the individual consultations with FIT NH clients and volunteers, H2O’s everyday clients have been invited to make appointments meet Arrojo and have books signed until noon.

H2O Salon Spa has been named Best in NH three times, and was featured last year in Elle magazine’s Top 100 Salons in the U.S.
