FIT participants develop the tools leading to economic independence and heightened self-esteem. A wide range of programs makes FIT a new beginning toward permanent housing.
Range of Services
- Provide weekly home-based meetings for counseling and case
management.
- Provide weekly educational workshops and support groups.
- Develop individualized goals to address needs in the areas
of:
- health care
- parenting
- budget management
- emotional stability
- employment and housing
- Referrals to community social service agencies and professionals.
- Health clinic which assists with medical needs or health
care referrals.
