Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares raises funds through a voluntary donation program by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage sales associates and employees, and also through various other fund raising activities.

In 2005 Coldwell Banker generously underwrote the construction of children's room in the Transitional Shelter Program which provides housing for homeless women and children.

Coldwell Cares' generosity goes beyond financial support. When FIT first opened Family Outfitters Thrift Store in Manchester, Coldwell cares graciously assisted in acquiring a box truck. With the truck's addition, the largest income generated in the thrift store is furniture. The impact this partnership has made is priceless.

The privilege of having a member of the Coldwell Banker community on the Board of Directors of FIT and sit on the Project Development Committee has provided strong insight for the agency. FIT is honored to be chosen as the New Hampshire recipient and looks forward to this continued partnership.
