Masters Level Clinician
Families in Transition, a non-profit affordable housing and supportive services program for homeless individuals and families, is seeking a full-time Master Level Clinician. Position will provide treatment and clinical services in a newly developed intensive, trauma-informed, outpatient substance abuse treatment program to serve homeless, low-income and at-risk families and single women.
Duties will include delivery of clinical services in individual, group and crisis management formats, intakes and assessments, emergency hotline coverage and assist in program development.
Masters degree required. Dual-licensed preferred; LADC or state clinical license a must. Expertise in substance abuse treatment, trauma, women mental health needs and underserved populations a plus. Bi-lingual a plus.

Executive Coordinator
Non-profit seeks a full-time Executive Coordinator to provide high level administrative support to the President and the Director of Housing Development.
Responsibilities include: Maintaining information for Board of Directors as well as gathering reports, taking meeting minutes and preparing meeting space for Board of Directors and various Committee meetings attended by President. Also, point-of-contact for email notifications to and from Board of Directors and Committees regarding meetings. Acts as a community liaison with the President by attending and taking meeting minutes for various outside agency meetings. Schedules meetings for President and assists in meeting preparation. Also, files for President and helps organize all information. Will also assist Director of Housing Development with organization of information for grant applications and renewals.
Minimum Requirements: Associate’s degree in related field with a minimum of two-to-four years experience in similar position. Must be extremely organized and have superior verbal and written communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office with strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook. Must have exceptional multi-tasking skills and ability to remain poised and professional under pressure.

Family Outfitters Thrift Store is seeking team-oriented, motivated and positive individuals to perform a wide range of duties to assure that good quality merchandise is sold in a clean, customer-friendly atmosphere.
Full-time Team Leader - Individual will provide direction and feedback to employees and volunteers in all areas including sorting, pricing and merchandising. Position will be responsible for ensuring prompt, efficient cash handling and sales, and maintaining a clean and presentable sales floor while providing a high level of customer service as well as cleaning and preparing donations for sale and moving merchandise from processing area to sales floor in a timely manner. Must have at least 2 years experience in retail management, strong leadership skills and be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Full-time Retail Associate - Duties to include ensuring prompt, efficient cash handling and sales, and maintaining a clean and presentable sales floor while providing a high level of customer service. Must be well organized and work well independently.
Part-time, non-benefited (16 hours/wk) Processing Associate - Duties to include cleaning and preparing donations for sale and moving merchandise from processing area to sales floor in a timely manner. Must be well organized, work well independently and able to lift up to 30 lbs.
