Services

At Families in Transition, we provide not only the time and place to recover from homelessness, but also the comprehensive support to help participants overcome the root causes of their homelessness, which may include poverty, domestic violence, mental and/or physical illness, underemployment, addiction, isolation, and loneliness.

Woman in black & whiteClinical staff, which include licensed Master’s level Clinicians, Treatment Coordinators, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors, and specialists in children and youth, provide a wide range of programs and services to help participants develop the successful tools that lead to economic and emotional independence and self-sufficiency.
