How to Leverage your support- Redirect Your Tax Dollars

One in four homeless people in Manchester is a child. Businesses and individuals can be part of the solution to get children and their families off of the streets and into a safe, warm shelter by donating towards our Family Place Resource Center and Shelter. As of March, 2015, we are in need of 247,441.50   in cash and $75,000 in NH Tax Credits). No matter how you choose to donate, businesses are entitled to an array of marketing benefits.

Interested in NH State Tax Credits? Business with a tax liability in New Hampshire can redirect their tax dollars that they’d pay to the state and federal government by supporting the Family Place Resource Center and Shelter. We have $75,000 in NH State Tax Credits through the Community Development Finance Authority (CDFA) where businesses receive tax credits against their New Hampshire BPT, BET, and IPT worth 75% the donation. In fact, total tax benefits can allow organizations to pay only 11% of their donation. It’s a great way for businesses to leverage their tax dollars that would otherwise go to state and federal taxes and know that the donation directly impacts the local community.
