  • Provides transitional housing for 16 homeless single women with children and 3 homeless single women
  • Intensive wrap-around services for up to 12 months with two 6 month extensions possible, includes on site supportive services
  • Sixteen-2 bedroom apartments and three-1bedroom apartments

Emergency Housing
  • Provides emergency housing for 3 homeless single women with or without children
  • Oversized apartment with 3-bedrooms (each with its own private bathroom), living room and kitchen
  • Operates like an emergency shelter for families and individuals waiting to enter the FIT program

  • Provides Permanent Supportive Housing for 3 homeless individuals with a disability and 14 homeless single parents with children
  • Provides Permanent Affordable Housing for 3 single individuals and 13 families with children
  • Intensive wrap-around services for chronically homeless, includes on site supportive services
  • Family Outfitters Thrift Store located in the facility
  • Eight-1 bedroom units, eighteen-2 bedroom units and seven-3 bedroom units

  • Intensive wrap-around services for homeless single men with a disability

  • Provides safe and affordable housing for 29 single homeless women with or without children who have both substance abuse and trauma issues
  • One, two and three bedroom units
  • Five to twenty-six week treatment program
  • Treatment coordination
  • Individual therapy
  • "Seeking Safety" substance abuse and trauma group programming
  • Addictions programming integrated with mental health and trauma
  • Parenting Programming
  • Day care and transportation provided as necessary
