WOLFEBORO, NH- Families in Transition-New Horizons (FIT-NH) will hold an open house event, on Tuesday, June 26, 2018, for their Hope House, a short-term, transitional housing property for homeless families, located in Wolfeboro, NH. The Hope House is the first housing option of its kind in Carroll County, offering housing and services to families in the Governor Wentworth Regional School District experiencing homelessness. “We are so excited for this opening,” said Maureen Beauregard, President of Families in Transition-New Horizons. “The community reached out to us several years ago after recognizing there were over a hundred children in the school district who were homeless. Thanks to the generosity of the community, we’re now a part of the Greater Wolfeboro community and will be able to do what we do best, provide quality, safe, housing and services to those most in need.”

The public is invited to attend the Hope House open house on Tuesday, June 26, 2018, at 2:00p.m., Foss Field, 88 Lehner Street, Wolfeboro, and are asked to RSVP to [email protected] prior to Friday, June 22.
