DONOR RELATIONS MANAGER BEGINS AT FAMILIES IN TRANSITION

MANCHESTER, NH — Families in Transition – New Horizonss (FIT) in Manchester, NH recently hired Robin McCune, of Goffstown, NH, for the agency’s new position of Donor Relations Manager. Ms. McCune is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive stewardship and donor relations program that contributes to the building of long-term, mutually beneficial philanthropic relationships between Families in Transition – New Horizons and its donors.
Ms. McCune has spent the past 17 years working in the New Hampshire nonprofit sector, most recently at the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire and previously at Easter Seals. She served in several development roles at the League, most recently as Events Coordinator and Community Relations Director, and previously as Director of Development and Volunteer Services. Robin’s strengths lie in creating business partnerships, volunteer coordinating, event coordinating and donor relations.
Families in Transition – New Horizons is a nonprofit organization that provides safe, affordable housing and comprehensive social services to individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, enabling them to gain self-sufficiency and respect. FIT also owns and operates two thrift stores in Manchester and Concord, NH, as well as a newly established commercial cleaning company, all of which serve as economic engines to help pay for services that FIT provides.
