Join us for the 9th Annual 5K Wicked FIT Run! This “spooktacular” family-friendly run/walk benefits Families in Transition-New Horizons which supports ending hunger and homelessness in our community!
Thanksgiving Breakfast | Tuesday, November 24, 2020
Join us for our 27th Annual Thanksgiving Breakfast This is the largest Families in Transition – New Horizons – New Horizons fundraiser. In 2019, this event raised over $200,000 which directly funds our mission. Over 600 business and civic leaders, clergy, politicians, dignitaries, friends, staff and volunteers gather for this hallmark event every year the week of Thanksgiving. A raffle and donation period encourage attendees to give generously. Several guest speakers address the audience on their perspective on the importance of giving.
Empty Bowls | Sunday, March 8, 2020
The 17th annual Empty Bowls fundraiser is Sunday, March 8, 2020, at Brookside Congregational Church, 2013 Elm Street in Manchester from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm. The event raises money for Families in Transition-New Horizons. Empty Bowls is an international project to fight hunger. Bowls are created by local artists and donated to be sold.
