Thank you for celebrating with us for our Special Announcement event.  Families in Transition – New Horizons has been presented by Citizens Bank and the New Hampshire Union Leader the Champions in Action Award for 2016.  This gift of $35,000 will go towards programming in our Family Place Resource Center and Shelter.
