Dean Petruzzi oversees asset management, affordable program certifications, tenant relations, and overall property admin operations as the Chief Property Management Officer.  

Dean brings a wealth of experience in property management, spanning 30 years and encompassing both market-rate and affordable housing. He has worked in over 13 major housing markets throughout the country and has lived in 8 states. In addition to working for multiple national property management firms, he has owned a real estate brokerage and property management company in Maine and Connecticut. Dean has held positions as Director of Operations, Regional Vice President, COO, and CEO.
