High Needs

Help families and individuals experiencing homelessness and food insecurity today

Thank you for your interest in supporting the needs of our programs and services. Your support will help us provide access to basic necessities for the people we serve in communities around New Hampshire, including Manchester, Concord, and Wolfeboro.

All donations, excluding gently used clothing and household items, can be dropped off at our new Food Pantry & Donation Center.

All items must be brand new.

These are some of our MOST needed items on the list:

  • Breakfast items (oatmeal, pancake mix)
  • Canned Tuna/Chicken
  • Condiments (ketchup, mustard, salad dressing, syrup)
  • Cooking Oil
  • Flour
  • Ground Coffee
  • Sugar (packets and containers)
  • Peanut Butter
  • Instant potatoes
  • Canned Protein
  • Dry Cereal
  • Ground coffee (regular, unflavored)
  • Shelf milk
  • Juice
  • Beans (canned or dry)
  • Healthy snacks (granola bars, protein bars, fruit bars, packaged nuts
  • Hats, gloves, scarves
  • Sweatpants- all sizes
  • Sweatshirts- all sizes
  • Women’s underwear

  • Twin XL Sheets/Blankets
  • Gift cards (increments of $5-$10 for places like McDonald’s, Amazon, Dunkin Donuts, Hannaford, Walmart, Burger King, Wendy’s, etc.

Whole Grains (where the first ingredient is whole grain, no sugar added)

Vegetables (low sodium or no salt added, no sugar added)

If you cannot purchase the foods listed above, we also accept Hannaford Gift Cards in $25+ increments which we will use to buy high-need foods.
