Grand Opening Event – Shop and Win Prizes
CONCORD, NH – The OutFITters Thrift Store Boutique is celebrating its recent move and expansion with a grand opening celebration Friday, January 27 and Saturday, January 28 from 10 AM – 6 PM. The grand opening marks a new look and a larger selection of merchandise for the popular store, known locally for being both stylish and socially conscious. The store, which funds housing and programs at the Manchester and Concord-based homeless services provider Families in Transition (FIT), moved from Bicentennial Square to a Victorian-style home at 20 South Main Street earlier this month.
At ten times the size of the previous OutFITters Thrift Store Boutique location, the new store carries new and gently used upscale women’s, men’s and children’s clothing and accessories, housewares, furniture and books. Throughout the grand opening, customers who come into the store can enjoy refreshments and enter a raffle to win a new Flip video camera or two tickets to the Boston Bruins vs. California Hurricanes hockey game on February 2. A valid e-mail address is required to win.
“We’ve been open for a few weeks and already customers who come into the new store are blown away by the size of the store, quality of items that we sell, and the breadth of products that they can find” said Michele Talwani, Director of Economic Development and Marketing for Families in Transition. “Customers who attend this Grand Opening should prepare to be ‘wowed’”.
