Overseeing our Property Management team, Cathy manages all aspects of our housing, from leasing to annual reviews, to compliance for our funders and annual recertifications for all our housing units. Cathy comes to Families in Transition with 20-plus years of Affordable Housing experience and 15-plus years of Property Management. She has managed both large and moderate affordable housing properties. Most recently, Cathy worked for Makor Management, leasing up 388 LIHTC units and implementing thirty-nine 811 Project Based subsidized units.

Cathy has the following certifications: PHM, C3P, TCS, Section 8 Specialist, and Occupancy Specialist.
