Martin has worked in the public and affordable housing industries for over 30 years. He has worked for some of the largest housing authorities, CDCs in the Northeast, and other affordable housing non-profits and lenders/funders. His experience includes managing over 4500 public housing units and a community investment portfolio of grant equity & subsidized debt investments for community-economic development & affordable housing in Rhode Island, Connecticut, Southeastern Massachusetts, the Cape, and the Islands. Along with his experience, he possesses a law degree and housing certifications, including MPHA, PHM, COS, C3P, and Fair Housing.
