Tyler started his career in the trades before transitioning to facilities roughly 15 years ago. He says, “Working as a facilities professional allows me to combine two things I truly enjoy: creative problem-solving and helping people. I believe that a facilities department, at its best, literally ‘facilitates’ the work done by the organization it supports.”
