Erica Diamond

  • Vice President of Impact and Strategy

As Vice President of Impact and Strategy, Erica provides support to all of our departments to ensure that our day-to-day work stays aligned with our organizational mission and strategic goals. Erica wears many hats, but her main duties center around data, government funding, and advocacy. This includes overseeing our agency’s data to develop accurate performance metrics and assess our impact in the community, coordinating our federal, state, and local funding contracts, and acting as a liaison with state and local government as well as other community service providers to educate on and advocate for homelessness and housing initiatives. In short, she’s the go-to for analyzing numbers and interpreting federal statutes.

Erica is passionate about community involvement. She actively serves our Manchester Continuum of Care as Vice Chair and Collaborative Applicant, and sits as Co-Chair of the Data and Program Evaluation Committee. She participates as a member of the NH HMIS Advisory Committee, and engages with various statewide policy advisory workgroups. Erica is driven by the belief that positive change is best achieved through collective action and investment in our neighbors; and that we must be the change we want to see.

Before joining FIT in 2023, Erica worked as a Civil Litigation attorney in Boston, MA. Prior to her legal career, Erica worked abroad as an English educator after receiving a B.A. and M.A. in French and Francophone Literature from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Outside of work, you’ll likely find her hosting board game nights at her home, attending Broadway musicals, or making digital art.
