Tyler Huff

Tyler Huff serves as Vice President of Property and Housing Development at Families in Transition. In this role, he oversees the operations of the facilities team and works closely with housing and benefits leadership, as well as the Board of Directors, to strengthen support for our current and future housing assets. His responsibilities include guiding capital needs assessments and developing a master asset management plan to ensure long-term sustainability.
Tyler began his career as an electrician before transitioning into facilities management, where he discovered a talent for leading teams and optimizing processes. Over the past 15 years, he has managed custodial, maintenance, landscaping, security, and IT operations, while overseeing vendors, contracts, and multiple compliance requirements. With experience spanning healthcare, education, and other settings — and more than 25 years working in and around the building trades — Tyler brings a comprehensive perspective and a wealth of hands-on knowledge to every challenge.
