Stephanie comes to Families in Transition with over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Stephanie is a strategic and results-oriented Human Resources Professional with a proven track record of developing and implementing impactful HR solutions. Her expertise spans all facets of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. She has a strong history of partnering with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives, streamline operations, and drive organizational growth. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.

When she’s not working, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband and their 2-year old Goldendoodle, Rudy. She also loves to travel (primarily cruising) with her husband and their daughter, Emma.
