Joanna Gonzalves serves as the Director of Property Management. For the past several years, she has managed affordable and subsidized housing communities in Boston, MA working alongside residents, maintenance teams, and community partners to reduce vacancies, streamline compliance, and resolve challenges with compassion and accountability. Joanna brings over 15 years of experience and is committed to the success of the Property Management team, and educating and supporting our residents.

Joanna believes safe, well-managed housing is the foundation for families to stabilize and thrive. She brings a hands-on, collaborative approach to FIT–supporting our staff, strengthening our systems, and centering resident voice in how we operate. Joanna is new to the New Hampshire area and is excited to explore everything the community has to offer. She enjoys traveling and discovering new places, and is happiest when spending quality time with my family. Joanna is a proud dog mom to her energetic lab retriever, Guadalupe, who keeps her on her toes.
