Jeffrey joins Families in Transition as Chief Operating Officer with more than 15 years of executive leadership experience in the nonprofit sector. He has led strategy, operations, and fundraising efforts at organizations focused on education, housing, and human services, with a strong focus on collaboration, team culture, and results. A former senior leader at Families in Transition, Jeffrey returns with deep knowledge of the agency’s mission and a firm belief in its commitment to dignity, equity, and community impact.

While much of his past work has centered on external affairs and philanthropy, Jeffrey brings broad operational experience to his role and will oversee key areas including property management, facilities, and organizational infrastructure.

Jeffrey holds an MBA and several other advanced degrees. He lives in Greenland, New Hampshire with his family and two kids and finds joy outside of work on the trails, in the ocean, or on a snowboard.
