Frank Janvrin joins Families in Transition as the Director of Facilities, bringing extensive experience in facilities management across healthcare, education, and recovery services. He has held roles at Tufts Medical Center, Timberlane School District, and Recovery Centers of America, where he built a strong reputation for leadership, operational excellence, and team development.

Frank holds a Bachelor of Science from Johnson & Wales University and maintains Facility Management Professional (FMP) and MCPPO certifications. He began his career as a night custodian and has since developed a deep passion for creating safe, functional, and welcoming environments. Throughout his career, he has led diverse teams across multiple trades, while also managing vendor relationships, contracts, and regulatory compliance.

Known for his collaborative approach and strong sense of community, Frank is committed to strengthening facilities operations in support of the organization’s mission.

Outside of work, Frank enjoys spending time with his family loves traveling.
