Jennifer Macia

Jennifer Macia brings over 12 years of experience in recovery, housing, and supportive services. Since joining the organization in 2018, she has served in a variety of roles, including Transitional Living Case Manager, Housing Case Manager, and Manager of Housing Case Management.

In 2025, she earned her Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) credential and was promoted to lead the Housing Case Management team. In her role as Director of Housing Supportive Services, she is committed to strengthening programs, supporting staff, and empowering individuals to achieve and sustain long-term housing stability. Her leadership is driven by a belief that everyone has access to the support and resources needed to break the cycle of homelessness.
