As Director of Contract Compliance, Erica is the bridge between our Finance and Programs departments. Erica provides support on the financial side by helping secure, monitor, and report on the government grants that fund much of our organization’s activities. On the programs side, Erica ensures that our staff and operations remain compliant with the obligations set by the grants we receive.

Erica is beginning her career in the non-profit sector with Families in Transition and recently moved to New Hampshire in June 2023. Born on Florida’s Space Coast, Erica’s academic and professional pursuits have slowly led her up the Eastern Seaboard. Most recently, she worked as a Civil Litigation attorney in Boston, MA after graduating from Boston University School of Law in 2021. Prior to law school, Erica lived and worked in France as an English educator after receiving a B.A. and M.A. in French and Francophone Literature from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
